Every audit here came from Workforce, with its own schedule. There is no frequency to type in — the tracker uses what Workforce says.
Switching one off stops it being counted or chased. Use it for anything genuinely done elsewhere, and leave a note saying where, so the next person to look isn't left guessing.
Each read of a Workforce report page is logged. If found drops to zero while the page still has audits on it, Workforce has changed its layout and the userscript needs updating.
